We are the happy parents of 3 beautiful, fun and energetic children! We have made a personal committment to keep our lives in balance with God first, Family second and our careers third....keeping HARMONY in our home!

Rick holds an MBA and works for the State of Idaho as well as volunteers in our church and community. Currently, He is serving as a board member for our local Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys quiet time on the lake or in the woods, hunting with his brother and his family. He loves being a great husband and dad!

Kimberlee is an Independent future Director with with Mary Kay, a Certified Lifestyle & Harmony Coach, and a Registered Nurse. She is also an Independent Marketing Executive for Melaleuca and is currently serving as President of our Region's Holistic Chamber of Commerce. She is passionate about helping people to create a more natural, healthy environment for themselves and their families. She delights at being able to work from home and raise our three kids, enjoying the woods, time with friends and family and dabbling with Ham radio, She volunteers with our church as an Emergency Preparedness Expert, and in our community too. She is a proud veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and is passionate about serving others and helping women and their families.

"Mother Me Beautiful" is a culmination of my work as a professional beauty consultant, helping women feel beautiful through teaching skincare and makeup artistry, my work in the health industry, as a certified lifestyle coach, and as a volunteer Leader with La Leche League, mentoring and helping mothers thru breastfeeding information and support as mothers.

Before Mary Kay, I had left an abusive marriage and was raising my little boy on my own, with the help of my parents. I was working full-time at a local hospital, I was finishing my Bachelor's degree, and I was a single mother...so I had no time, no fun, and no money! I had all kinds of reasons to say no to "one more thing."

But, In the decade that I've been building my Mary Kay business, I found that I have grown a lot from the little bit of consistent effort I put into my business. What started out as just a couple hours a week for fun, and to fill in my financial gaps, has turned into my career choice! It has been much more than a great way to fill in the financial gaps for me.... but a real learning and growth opportunity, as I've learned to embrace what is truly beautiful in myself and others - and then to help women find that for themselves. It all starts with a facial or a makeover and blossoms into so much more. I had found a passion in working with women, helping them to feel beautiful helped me as well. Helping them create a better life for themselves and their families also helped me to shape my dream life as well.

More than anything, I wanted a happy, peaceful family and a loving marriage. I met and married my Prince Charming, thanks to Mary Kay! I also learned how to balance my roles and build a successful business. I found a great passion in mentoring women and have dedicated my life to serving women and mothers.

I am passionate about building and empowering women. I believe that when a woman feels beautiful and successful, she wields a power and influence that lifts others and build those around her.

I have found that when women feel beautiful on the outside, they feel better about themselves on the inside. They have a spring in their step, hold their heads higher and smile more! They are better wives, mothers, workers -- and women! When they have a feeling of balance in their lives and are able to put their time into the people and things that mean the most -- they generally feel successful and fulfilled. Likewise, when they feel their lives are unbalanced, they feel frustrated and unfulfilled.

The wonderful thing about all the opportunities that we have is also a great source of stress for women today. As a Mary Kay director and as a lifestyle coach, I find great joy helping women learn to balance their lives around the principles of God first, Family second and Career third, and helping them to figure out how to create their own successes.
