About Us

We are the happy parents of 3 beautiful, fun and energetic children!  We have made a personal committment to keep our lives in balance with God first, Family second and our careers third.  
 
Rick holds an MBA and works full-time as well as volunteers in our church as well as several community programs! He enjoys quiet time on the lake or in the woods, hunting with his brother, and being a great dad!
 
Kimberlee is a future Director with with Mary Kay and occasionally works as RN for a home health agency.  She also enjoys being able to stay home and raise our three kids, enjoying the woods, time with friends and family and dabbling with Ham radio,  She volunteers with our church as a Sunday School teacher, and in our community too.  
 
Kimberlee specializes in skin care and beauty with the country's #1 best-selling brand of skin care and color cosmetics - for more than a decade!  She has trained with a couple of the best makeup artists in the industry and loves sharing their secrets with others!  As a future director with Mary Kay, she finds that building and mentoring others and helping women grow in their own businesses is a paycheck of the heart that has been a catalyst for her own personal growth as well.

Welcome to our family!  Our goal in creating this site is to share ideas, energy and resources for our team and interested friends!   "Mother Me Beautiful" is a culmination of my work as a professional beauty consultant,  helping women feel beautiful through teaching skincare and makeup artistry, and as a volunteer Leader with La Leche League, mentoring and helping mothers thru breastfeeding information and support as mothers.

I love associating with caring, positive, uplifting women who believe in themselves - and others -- enough to work to make their dream a reality.
 
Before Mary Kay I was working full-time at a local hospital, I was finishing my Bachelor's degree, and I was a single mother...so I had no time, no fun, and no money!  I had all kinds of reasons to say no to "one more thing."
 
But, In the 10+ years that I've been building my Mary Kay business, I found that I have grown a lot from the little bit of consistent effort I put into my business.  What started out as just a couple hours a week for fun, and to fill in my financial gaps, has turned into my career choice!  It has been much more than a great way to fill in the financial gaps for me.... but a real learning and growth opportunity, as I've learned to embrace what is truly beautiful in myself and others - and then to help women find that for themselves.  It all starts with a facial or a makeover and blossoms into so much more. 
 
 
 
More than anything, I wanted a happy family and a loving marriage.  I met and married my Prince Charming, thanks to Mary Kay!

I am passionate about building and empowering women.  I believe that when a woman feels beautiful and successful, she wields a power and influence that lifts others and build those around her.

 

I have found that when women feel beautiful on the outside, they feel better about themselves on the inside.  They have a spring in their step, hold their heads higher and smile more!  They are better wives, mothers, workers -- and women!  When they have a feeling of balance in their lives and are able to put their time into the people and things that mean the most -- they generally feel successful and fulfilled.  Likewise, when they feel their lives are unbalanced, they feel frustrated and unfulfilled. 

Currently, in my leadership development program with the Mary Kay Corporation, I find great joy helping women learn to balance their lives around the principles of God first, Family second and Career third, and helping them to figure out how to create their own successes.
